This came from an assignment to create an ad campaign for a lesser known company. I chose Franzia (yes, the boxed wine company). Since the advert would be placed in a magazine with a target market of college educated, 25-45 year olds, with an affinity to travel the campaign had to appeal to a slightly more sophisticated audience than Franzia usually sells. To hit this market I used humor and more elegant imagery. The slogan for this campaign is "We're just wine." This tagline shows the company understands who they are and want to show they aren't pretentious or expensive, but is made for people who like to drink wine without having to skip out on their school loans to do it.
